This is exactly what I was talking about.
Everyone makes their mistakes, that doesn't mean you need to be jerks about it. Like I said in the chatbox, if everyone had ganged up on me like that while I was making bad trades as a new GM, I would've quit right on the spot and this league wouldn't have even existed today. People are allowed to make mistakes, and if the trade is really terrible then we'll do something about it. Myself, and Chicago/E'day each have close to 10 years of EHM experience, if not more, and Jim has two cups under his belt. We know what we're doing and if a trade is really that terrible, we'll veto it.
I'm not saying you can't have opinions on trades, that would be stupid. But try to keep it in check. A bad trade isn't the end of the world, you don't need to act like it is.
I posted that in another thread, but I still feel the need to make it further known that I'm not putting up with this anymore.
When another GM literally feels like people are always putting him down because of a bad trade, there's a problem here. For now on, if you're going to be a jerk, do it to me, not to the other GMs. Let people make their mistakes, it's how you grow to become a better GM. Ask people I was with in leagues before, like Chicago and E'day, I was one of the worst GMs in all of those leagues. I made terrible trades, I would ask everyone for opinions instead of making my own and I had bad teams as a result.
You can't tell me that when you first started EHM you were a trade wizard who never made any mistakes, nobody is and will ever be. Give it a rest, it's tiresome to have to come on each and every day and wade through all of these complaints about soemone elses trade and someone elses team.
For example, if you're that worried about the Maple Leafs trading their two centers, maybe you shouldve taken the Leafs yourselves. Take care of your own team and leave other GMs alone.
