Ladd will develop.. he always does.. same with Byfuglien.. unless the ceilings here are way different. Whatever though, you can run your team. GOnna be fun to watch you destroy the Jets. No need to be an ass about it

Ladd has the LW, SR, and the CON that makes him miles better than Palmeri, plus he always developes atleast a litle bit

58 points in 51 games last year in the AHL, 25 in 33 this year which is second on his team. That sure sucks...

rnh never even played that many games, but he was a point per game in the NHL and woulda won the calder if he wasnt injured .. paajvari was a 2nd liner due to the big 3 playing... but who was the top 2 scorers again? if im not mistaken it was my precious eberle and schultz

By your words that means Paajarvi must suck since Palmieri does, playing in the same role, but doing better than he is. Don't be a brat colton, leave it alone. its not your team to run and no matter how many times you spout off your opinion it isnt going to change anything

Here's the thing about rosters. This particular roster was made by alexmon and then edited by the commish. They didn't just take the usual roster and started a league with it. Alexmon put countless hours into what he thought would be the most possibly realistic roster. Palmieri is now considered a great prospect in real life, so there are great chances that alexmon and commish made him become a good player based on what real life scouts say of him.
It's the same with Andrew Ladd. If Alexmon and Commish don't believe he will rise in real life, chances are he may not rise in the roster.
Players on EHM rosters become exactly the way the roster creators wanted them to become. In most leagues, though, people dont take the time to reedit rosters completely to make them realistic, so you got large trends of players becoming this or that, but the rosters we are using now are unique and no one can predict what each player will be like.
