the last two years ladd had 28 and 29 goals, he will go up haha , friberg is a good spect tho even though hes a 5th rounder which is what makes it passable , but he still loses the deal

palmeri is shit and ladd normally gets quite good in this league I already posted my explanation in the actual trade thread but; Palmieri is an 8.0 on HF, which is on par with guys like Kuznetsov who are considered amazing prospects. Also, Ladd is underrated and cannot be rerated. Add that to the fact that he'll be 27 soon when he'll stop developing and I really don't seem him getting to be as good as he's been in other leagues.

Schwartz is going to be an elite player. Jaskin is a pretty good prospect (2nd rounder), Grachev will probably be a 2nd line player, Fairchild should develop into a decent defenseman (not exceptional, but a decent d-man). Plus a 1st and a 2nd for someone who's going to play one season. If he plays 2 or more it's not so bad.

He'll probably play 2 at least I'd imagine. Calgary can also extend him a season with 30 GM points! Also, off topic but I was at the 2011 draft and as I was walking out I saw Jaskin with his agent (he looked kinda sad) and he is a biiiiig kid

Wow the last two trades that Edm has made where completely lobsided deals which should have be put up for review
how does chicago get hall barker and gustaffson for seabrook i know seabrooke is a great player but he would have to be god for that trade to work in him favour.

Barker stinks, Gustafsson is so-so so it's an elite dman for a potentially elite forward, and 2 random pieces really There are fewer elite defenseman than there are forwards too. Also, it's what Edmonton was willing to give, we dont REALLY police trades too hard here, I think we've only turned down 1 so far? I'm not even 100% sure. We review all trades though.
